My hard drive died and I brought it to Rob, he was able to fix it quickly and was able to recover my files. Fast forward over a year and an upgrade shut down Microsoft, gave a call and Rob was able to remotely fix the problem. He also updated other products-my computer is good as new!!

I can't believe the speedy service I received from Rob today. My laptop died and I needed a new one and in less than 48 hours, I'm back at home, enjoying my great new laptop, already set up with my pictures and documents and everything. He never made me feel stupid by talking techno talk to me. He just listened to my needs and took care of them. I love the idea that we are set up with TeamViewer so wherever I am, traveling in my RV, he can remotely access my computer if I have a problem and need him to look at my problem and fix it. I just bought a one year old computer from Rob I am extremely happy with my experience. He responded very quickly to all of my questions, helped me sort through all of the different options, didn't pressure me into one thing or another and let me choose my upgrades as I wanted them. My daughter is in a wheelchair and depends on her computer for communicating with friends, entertainment and more. Her relatively new, big box-purchased laptop died on a Thursday.
